Engagement models

Hourly Advisory
$150–250/hr
Structured advisory sessions, decision support, and senior sounding board. Ideal for specific challenges that don't require ongoing engagement.
Daily Rate
$1,500–2,500/day
On-site or remote full-day engagements — operational assessments, team sessions, integration sprints, and site visits.
Monthly Retainer
$10K–20K/mo
Fractional GM or COO at 2–3 days per week. Ongoing operational accountability with regular cadence and direct team engagement.
Project / Fixed Fee
Per SOW
Defined-scope engagements with a clear deliverable: operational assessments, integration plans, go-to-market strategy, or organizational design.
