Who we are

Troven is a Guelph-based operating company. We build and run businesses across a range of sectors — choosing opportunities based on market fundamentals, operational fit, and long-term cash flow potential.

We don’t pitch decks. We don’t speculate. We identify real opportunities, build lean operating models, and stay close to the work until the results are there.

What stays constant across everything we do: rigorous operational discipline, a bias toward execution over planning, and a commitment to holding good businesses for the long term.

Every business we get into is expected to generate real revenue. We don’t run experiments on borrowed time.

Lean by default

Overhead earns its place. We build the simplest structure that can achieve the outcome — then tighten from there.

Hands on

We run what we own. Accountability runs all the way to the founder — not just to a manager two levels down.

Built to hold

We make decisions as if we’ll own a business for a decade. Short-term wins that create long-term problems don’t get approved.
