Free Website Audit

Score Your
Website.

Your score in fifteen seconds. Then, free and without you having to ask, a full report on your entire site — every page we can reach, every issue we find, and what to fix first. Most reports run to twenty findings or more.

Every check is weighted by what it actually costs a trades business in lost calls — not by what is easiest to measure.

  • Conversion — is your phone number tappable on a phone, and can someone reach you without hunting?
  • Security — does the browser call your site “Not Secure” before anyone reads a word?
  • SEO — title, description, headings, canonical, structured data, and whether there is enough on the page for Google to rank.
  • Mobile — does it render properly on the device most of your customers use?
  • Local & trust — address, social links, and whether the copyright still says a year that makes you look closed.
  • Accessibility — image alt text, which matters for both screen readers and search.

Most small business websites lose work quietly.

Nothing breaks. No error appears. The phone simply rings less often than it should, and there is no obvious reason why. Almost always the cause is one of three things, and all three are measurable.

    01 · FOUND
    Getting Found
A missing title tag, a thin page, or no structured data and Google has almost nothing to work with. For a trades business competing on “plumber near me” in Guelph or anywhere across Southern Ontario, that is the difference between page one and page four. Most of the fixes are an afternoon of work, not a rebuild.
    02 · TRUSTED
    Looking Legitimate
A browser warning that says “Not Secure”, a copyright line stuck three years in the past, or a site that does not fit a phone screen — each one quietly tells a customer to try the next result instead. Trust is decided in the first few seconds, long before anyone reads what you actually do.
    03 · CONTACTED
    Getting The Call
Most visitors arrive on a phone. If your number is typed as plain text instead of a link they can tap, if there is no form, or if your address is nowhere on the page, you have made getting in touch a chore. This is the cheapest category to fix and usually the most expensive one to ignore.

    Free means free.

There is no account to create and nothing you have to reply to. Enter your address, get your score, and the full report on your whole site arrives by email a few minutes later — every issue we found, on every page we could reach, and what to fix first. If you would rather just hand that list to whoever built your site, that is a perfectly good outcome.

Troven builds and runs websites for trades and small businesses across Guelph, Kitchener–Waterloo, Cambridge and the surrounding region. The audit is the same first pass we run before quoting any project.

If you would rather see it than read it, book 20 minutes and we will walk you through a redesigned version of two or three of your pages, built from your own content with everything in the report fixed.
